Counting Scale

It advertises that it will be able to be used out of the box. I found it not to be true. The one I bought was new. No matter what I did it wouldn’t stay at zero. The instruction manual is one of the worst I have ever seen for something that isn’t cheap. It doesn’t really go in depth on how to calibrate the scale. I contacted the manufacturer and they gave me a little depth on the process but I need a 6kg weight to calibrate. So now I have to buy a $50 weight just to use the product?No, I returned it. It seemed like it was made well but if if can be used out of the box I shouldn’t have to buy weights to calibrate and there was no guarantee that would have fixed the problem.

Scale arrived a day late and we were refunded the extra shipping cost.We wanted a quick way to get a accurate count on our small parts.Very happy with the scale. Works with even our smallest part.Thanks!Jim C

I purchased this item because of its reported accuracy and "precision". Much to my surprise, the actual lag time when measuring poured liquids makes weighing liquid so very difficult. This doesn't only apply to liquids of course, even dry ingredients, i.e. flour, yeast & salt, must be poured extra slow and you must wait the 2 seconds for the scale to catch up before either adding more or removing the excess.I was more than a little surprised given the .5g accuracy listed.

I've been using this scale for nearly a month now. It is very accurate and properly calibrated. Checked it against some calibration weights that I have, and it is perfect to it's specified precision. My unit changes between grams, kilograms, lbs, and oz with no difficultly, though you do have to press (and hold!) the MC button for what feels like an awkwardly long time.... maybe 10 seconds? It gets there in the end.All in all, this scale does exactly what it says at what seems to be a very good price considering the very high accuracy, precision and capacity of the product.
