30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day window for returns for any reason. The following conditions apply:

Condition: Items must be in "Like-New" condition. If the item has been used, it must be thoroughly cleaned before shipping.

Packaging: Returns must include the original box and all internal protective materials to ensure safe transit.

What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

Misuse and Improper Operation: Damage resulting from using the equipment outside of its intended purpose, exceeding weight/temperature capacities, or failing to follow the provided instructional manual.

Accidental Damage: This includes, but is not limited to, accidental drops, spills, cracked screens, or physical impact during use or internal transport.

Lost or Misplaced Parts: The warranty does not cover the replacement of components, accessories, or parts (such as power adapters, pans, calibration weights, or specialized bolts) that have been lost, misplaced, or discarded after delivery.

Unauthorized Repairs: Any attempt to open, dismantle, or repair the internal mechanisms of the unit will void the warranty immediately.

Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by a failure to clean, decontaminate, follow proper calibration procedures, or store the unit according to industry standards.

"Acts of God" and Environmental Factors: Damage caused by external power surges, electrical shorts, fire, floods, or extreme environmental conditions (e.g., excessive humidity or corrosive atmospheres).
How to Request a Return or Repair

Submit a request by filling our Return Request Form to start the process.

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. We may ask for a photo or video of the issue to speed up the solution.

Once approved, we will provide a shipping label with a Reference Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without a Reference number.

Upon receipt, our technicians will verify the serial number and inspect the unit. Refunds/Replacements are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Exclusions & Costs

Misuse or Damage: If an issue is caused by loss, accidental damage, or misuse, it is not covered under the standard warranty. However, our team can help you order the correct replacement parts via our supplier or direct you to the appropriate listing on Amazon.

Shipping: For manufacturing defects within the first year, shipping is on us. For other returns, replacement parts due to misplacement or misuse or out-of-warranty support, shipping costs may apply.
Support Outside of Warranty
If your warranty has expired, we still want to help you maintain your equipment!

We may offer a partial refund or replacement if the situation is reasonable. Please contact our support team with your details.

Replacement Parts: We can often provide replacement parts at cost or help you source a suitable replacement through our suppliers or retail partners (like Amazon).
