Free Domestic Shipping
All orders include FREE Standard Shipping. Most customers receive their items in 4-7 business days. However, if you require your items sooner, Two-Day Expedited Shipping and One-Day Priority Shipping are available at checkout for an additional $8.00 and $12.00 respectively. Once your items have shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your FedEx or UPS tracking number.
Flat-Rate International Shipping
International shipping is available for a flat rate of $18.00 per order. The shipping speed varies per country. Once your items have shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your FedEx, UPS or DHL tracking number.
Hassle-Free 30 Day Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused items in their original packaging 30 days from the date of purchase. To request a return, please complete our contact form or email us at email@example.com. Be sure to include your name, phone number, the items you are returning and the reasons for the return. We will reimburse you once we have received the returned item(s). Please note, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
One Year Warranties
Most of our products include a Manufacturer's Warranty. Warranty periods extend one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Should you experience any issues with the equipment, please contact the manufacturer directly for replacement parts, troubleshooting, etc. If you need help reaching out to the manufacturer, we are happy to assist you.
