Precision balances (HC, HTP312, YP, RD, Touch Screen)

Calibration weights. Use one weight in 100 g steps up to the balance's capacity; the closer to capacity, the better. HC and HTP 0.01 g models ship with a 500 g weight. A spare 500 g weight works on HC and HTP 0.01 g models: Buy on Amazon (uxcell 500 g, Class F1), or request it from us. YP, RD and Touch Screen balances ask for the full weight shown on the display (for example 2000 g). For those, and for 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg weights, tell us your model and capacity.
Replacement weighing pan and pan support. HC Series: 195 × 195 mm square stainless pan. HTP312 round-pan models: 130 mm. Touch Screen: 175 × 165 mm. Request it from us.
Power adapter / power cord. US plug, 110 V (HTP 3000 g and 10 kg: 110–240 V). Request it from us.
RS-232-to-USB adapter cable for Computer Connection, YP and RS-232 models. Any USB-to-DB9 serial adapter with an FTDI chip works; set 9600 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity. Buy on Amazon (Sabrent CB-FTDI, 6 ft).
Calibration certificate for a balance you already own (ask us about recertification). Request it from us.

Analytical balance (FA224PRO / FA224NPRO)

Calibration weight for external calibration: 200 g. A 0.1 mg balance needs a high-accuracy weight, so we supply this one directly. Request it from us.
Draft shield glass panels. Request them from us.
Weighing pan and power adapter. Request them from us.

Counting scales (HCS3011D and Seattle Alki)

Calibration weights. No weight ships with the scale. Use at least 20% of capacity: 3 kg or more for the 15 kg model, 6 kg or more for the 30 kg model. A 10 kg test weight covers both: Buy on Amazon (Rice Lake 10 kg, NIST Class F). For a full-capacity set, request it from us.
Power cord. Three-prong US cord. Request it from us.
Calibration certificate for a scale you already own. Request it from us.

Moisture analyzer (DHS16A)

Disposable aluminum sample pans (packs). 90 mm diameter, fits the DHS16A pan holder. Buy on Amazon (Pure Ponta, 100 pack), or request them from us.
Replacement halogen lamp. Request it from us.
Power cord. Request it from us.

pH meter (PHS-3C)

The PHS-3C takes any pH electrode with a BNC connector.

Replacement electrodes: Standard lab electrode, 6501 glass electrode, 6621 food/penetration electrode. We can supply the exact originals: request them from us. For water-based samples (replaces the Standard or 6501), this BNC glass electrode also fits: Buy on Amazon (Apera LabSen 211).
Calibration buffers: pH 4.01, 7.00 and 10.01. The meter calibrates at these three values. We supply buffer powders: request them from us.
Electrode storage solution (keeps the electrode hydrated and extends its life). Any pH electrode storage solution works. Buy on Amazon (Hanna HI70300M, 230 mL).
Temperature probe for automatic temperature compensation (ATC). Request it from us.
Electrode arm / holder and power adapter. Request them from us.

Tip: if calibration fails or readings drift, the electrode is usually the part to replace, not the meter.

Magnetic stirrers & hotplate stirrers

PTFE stir bars in common sizes. The Digital Hotplate Stirrer 5 L takes bars up to 55 mm long × 10 mm diameter. A 10–50 mm set covers most beakers: Buy on Amazon (stonylab 7-piece set). For large bars for the 15/30/50 L stir plates, request them from us.
Support stand / rod and clamps. Request them from us.
Temperature probe (PT1000, for the Digital Hotplate Stirrer 5 L). Request it from us.

Overhead stirrers

Stirring shafts and impellers (propeller, paddle and turbine styles). Chuck range: Analog 10 L 8–10 mm; Digital 20 L 5–10 mm; Digital 5 L and 10 L 1–10 mm. An 8 mm shaft fits all of them: Buy on Amazon (SCILOGEX 316L paddle, 8 mm × 400 mm). Other styles: request them from us.
Chuck key, support stand and clamps. Request them from us.

Centrifuges (LC-6, LC-400 PRP benchtop)

Tube adapters and rotors for your tube sizes. LC-6: 6 × 15 mL angle rotor. PRP Benchtop: 4 × 15 mL, or 8 × 2/5/10 mL with adapters. Request them from us.
Fuses and power cord. Request them from us.

Vacuum filtration apparatus (500 / 1000 / 2000 mL)

Filter membranes and papers sized for the funnel: 50 mm diameter, fits the 300 mL funnel on all three sizes.
- Filter paper: Buy on Amazon (stonylab 50 mm qualitative, 100 pack)
- 0.45 µm membranes: Buy on Amazon (Deschem 50 mm cellulose acetate, 50 pack)
Replacement glass components: funnel, fritted base, flask. Request them from us.
